This Father’s Day, skip the socks and ties — and give the father figures in your life something truly memorable. Whether you’re honouring your dad, your stepdad, a mentor, or one of the legendary “dad friends,” join us at Deacon Brodies Whisky Bar for a premium Scotch tasting that’s all about good company, great drams, and celebrating the people who’ve been there through it all.
Hosted by whisky expert David Sharp, this curated tasting will showcase four remarkable aged single malts — smooth, complex, and full of character, just like the people we’re toasting.
The Lineup:
Aberfeldy 16
Nicknamed “The Golden Dram,” this Highland whisky is full of honeyed fruit and gentle spices. Finished in Oloroso sherry casks, it’s a beautifully rich, balanced dram perfect for a celebratory sip.
The Glenlivet 18
Refined and elegant, this Speyside classic offers notes of ripe pear, baking spice, and creamy oak. It’s smooth, sophisticated, and consistently a crowd-pleaser.
Glenfiddich 18
Matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks, this full-bodied whisky features dried fruit, baked apple, and a warming finish — rich and inviting.
Glenmorangie 18
Delicately floral with silky smoothness, this dram opens with honeysuckle and vanilla before unfolding into layers of apricot, almond, and mellow oak.
