How to Reserve Your Spot
Reservations are accepted only through the RSVP form on our website.
No phone or email bookings, please. We maintain a first-come, first-served waitlist through the form only.
When submitting your RSVP:
Include all guest names, both drinkers and non-drinkers, so we can arrange seating and pours.
Let us know about any allergies, dietary preferences, or accessibility needs in advance.
No pre-payment is required. Payment will be added to your bill at the end of your visit and can be split by debit, credit, or cash.
If you have already submitted your RSVP before seeing this announcement, please do not submit again. You will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, check your spam folder or email info@deaconbrodies.ca to confirm your status.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
No shows without notice will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist for future events. Repeat offenders may be asked to provide a deposit to RSVP in the future.
