Whiskies on the Tasting Menu for Thanksgiving Sunday, October 13th 2024:

For this event, you’ll have the chance to taste four distinctive single malts, each with its own unique story and flavour profile:

Glendronach Revival 15 Year Old

The Revival 15 is an icon in the world of sherried Scotch. With its deep amber hue and complex notes of dark fruits, rich chocolate, and honey, this whisky is a masterpiece that celebrates Glendronach’s commitment to traditional Highland distilling methods.

Glendronach Allardice 18 Year Old

Matured entirely in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, the Allardice 18 offers an indulgent experience of dried fruits, spices, and nutty sweetness. This whisky is named after the distillery’s founder, James Allardice, and is a tribute to the old-world elegance of Glendronach whiskies.

Glen Scotia 10 Year Old

Glen Scotia, hailing from the historic Campbeltown region, delivers an intriguing whisky with its 10-year-old expression. Expect a balanced mix of sea salt, orchard fruits, and a gentle smokiness, reflecting the coastal influence that makes Campbeltown whiskies so unique.

Glen Scotia Double Cask

Finished in a combination of American oak and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, the Glen Scotia Double Cask offers a creamy mouthfeel with layers of caramel, vanilla, and subtle spice. This whisky encapsulates Glen Scotia’s dedication to crafting bold, character-driven malts.
