Join us on Sunday, May 3rd from 4pm to 6pm for A Spring Whisky Tasting: Orchard to Ocean, hosted by David Sharp.

This month’s lineup moves from fresh orchard fruit and bright bourbon cask notes into richer oak, coastal influence, and a smooth Sauternes cask finish to close. It’s a well-balanced tasting that highlights how cask and region shape flavour across Scotland.

Guests will enjoy five 1oz pours, each paired with chocolate, along with a small snack plate featuring cheese, crackers, and meats.
