Coming to celebrate with us is the THE SONS OF SCOTLAND PIPE BAND OF OTTAWA -
“The SOSPB is pleased to be celebrating the 134th Burns performance it has taken part in with two Burn’s Night events in this year in Ottawa. Music, dancing, Scottish treats, and no cover charge - what a great time we'll have! Come kilted or not, but come along and bring your pals.
On Thursday, January 25 and Saturday, January 27, the band will host a Burns Day Celeidh at Deacon Brodies Pub on Elgin Street in Ottawa. “
Both nights will be family-friendly from 6pm-9pm, kilts are always encouraged but not required. Piping, drums, dancing and tons of fun will be had - and as always - there will be NO COVER charge for these events. We will have an address to the Haggis, as well as a little sample for everyone to try - it even comes with a wee dram of whisky (19+ only for the whisky!) We will have a few other Scottish treats for everyone to enjoy as well.
Come join our Scottish family and celebrate the Bard of Scotland right here in Ottawa, in front of the largest scotch collection in the 613 - only at Deacon Brodie’s Pub, 247 Elgin Street!
